Whether you're eating in or on the go, try this recipe for a delicious and nutritious breakfast.
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 Tbsp flax seed
1/2 Tbsp chia seed
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Splash of vanilla extract
(Almond) milk to cover oats
Mix ingredients together and let sit for at least one hour in the refrigerator.
Top with fruit/granola and eat when hungry.
I create several jars of the dry ingredients in preparation for a busy week.
