Power Protein Smoothie

This is a great post workout smoothie. Big on protein and taste.

Ingredients

1 frozen banana, in chunks

1-2 Tbsp peanut butter

6 pieces of frozen sliced peaches

2 scoops chocolate protein powder

22oz of almond milk

Directions

Combine ingredients in Ninja or blender and blend until smooth. Add more milk (alternative) for desired consistency

Tips

Frozen bananas give this a shake-like consistency. Fresh bananas have the same taste but makes a more liquid smoothie.
