Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats

Ready for fall? How about being ready for breakfast in advance, too! This hearty recipe for overnight oats is sure to satisfy.


1/2 cup rolled oats

2/3 cup milk

1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt

1 Tbsp chia seeds or flax meal 

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1-2 Tbsp maple syrup

1/2 cup pumpkin puree

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice


  1. Stir all ingredients together in a mason jar or similar container 

  2. Refrigerate overnight (or at least 5 hours)

  3. Add extra milk if needed when ready to eat


Instead of pumpkin pie spice you can use: 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/8 tsp ground cloves, 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
