What a way to get your greens! You can use kale as well, but it give it more of a gritty texture. The fruit gives it a sweet taste so you won't know you just ate a salad's worth of spinach.
Ingredients
2-3 cups of spinach, washed and packed down
1 banana
1 medium apple, sliced
1 cup frozen mixed fruit
1 cup + of water to desired consistency
Directions
Combine ingredients and blend in Ninja or blender
Tips
You can add spirulina for an extra boost of greens
