Sometimes you just need a little pick me up. This is a healthy alternative to pantry snacks. You can alter the ingredients to suit your taste.
3/4 cup plain (dairy free) yogurt
1 cup berries or fruit of choice
Put 1/2 cup, or a heaping spoonful of yogurt in the bottom of a glass bowl or parfait cup
Add a layer of fruit using just over half of your fruit
Layer the rest of the yogurt on top of the fruit
Top with remaining fruit
Add granola, nuts, or other topping if you choose!
I like unsweetened plain coconut milk yogurt, but you can use the yogurt of your choice. Watch the added sugars in vanilla or other sweetened yogurts.
