As a full-time Emergency Physician with two daughters, I understand the struggles of being a working mom.

GUILT•FATIGUE•WORRY•DOUBT•IMPATIENCE•RESPONSIBILITY

There was a time in my life when I couldn't imagine working twenty more shifts, let alone twenty more years at my job. It was devastating because I worked so hard to succeed in my field and I feel passionate about the impact I make. Thankfully, with the right mentor, support, and self-care strategies, I conquered burnout - and you can too!

I'm with my family hiking, traveling, playing euchre or investing in my own self care with meditation, yoga, trying new recipes, reading, or watching a Netflix show while on the elliptical.
